1. General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between de999 ("we", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). By using our services through the de999 website, mobile version or any other channel, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply alongside these Terms and both form an inseparable part of them.

de999 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To register with de999 and use its services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

bKash, Nagad and Rocket can be used to deposit funds into de999. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a successful request, the withdrawal is normally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if there is an active bonus or unfulfilled wagering requirement.
• de999 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and investigate suspicious transactions.

No additional fees are charged on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may charge separately — de999 is not responsible for those charges.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

de999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for members. Currently, a 150% welcome bonus on the first deposit is available for new members, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus amount multiplied by 15 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — each promotion will specify the applicable game list.
• No other bonus can be added while one bonus is already active.
• Bonus funds and real funds are managed separately; real funds are always used first.
• If bonuses are claimed on multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method, all associated accounts will be cancelled.
• de999 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

In the event of any bonus-related dispute, de999's decision will be considered final.

7. Betting Rules and Fair Play

Sports Betting

• Bets can be placed on cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup), football and other sports.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Operating multiple accounts or claiming bonus benefits more than once.
• Playing games using software, bots, scripts or any other automated method.
• Colluding or conspiring with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Intentionally exploiting system errors or bugs — if this occurs, support must be notified immediately.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Obtaining bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing other members.

de999 reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies to investigate suspicious activity.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

de999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended account inactivity (12 months or more).

Self-Requested Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please submit a request through our 24/7 live chat or support email. Any legitimate balance remaining in the account will be withdrawable before closure, but bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be cancelled.
